ExpertTool V4.0

Expertool V4.0 is a light weight ATI card utility. It is the first utility to provide fan speed control for HD 4850 and HD 4870. It is a international release, at lease it support both Chinese and English Windows.

Supports All reference HD 4870/4850, did not tested with non-ref version.

We encounter a small bug when playing with Expertool, the fixed speed can not adjusted lower to 50%.

FurMark v1.4.0

Version 1.4.0 - June 23, 2008

* New: added full QXSGA mode: 2560x2048.

* New: added an extreme burning mode for stability test. This mode available in command line: /xtreme_burning Launch FurMark-Xtreme-Burning.bat.

* New: added command line parameters (see the start-Benchmark-Standard-Mode.bat file for parameters list). Now you can control FurMark's resolution, msaa level, CPU affinity, etc., using command line. This new feature has been added to allow FurMark to be used with OCCT (www.ocbase.com).

* Change: time in score dialog box is now in milliseconds.

* Change: improved driver detection.

* Known issue: under Vista with ForceWare graphics drivers (tested with 169.28 and 175.16), if the desktop resolution is equal to benchmark selected resolution, the swith back from fullscreen mode to windowed mode (at the end of the benchmark) fails and the user can't see the score dialog box. This issue has not been observed with Catalyst or S3 graphics drivers. A workaround is detailed in this post @ Geeks3D.com.

IntelBurnTest v1.6 ή αλλιώς Linpack.

Ενα νέο Stress Tool Της Intel..:D..(θα το εχετε πετυχει πολλες φορες στα O/C Threads του Xtremesystems).

Δεν ξερω τι σκατα εχουν κανει..αλλα ειδα + 14 βαθμους σε σχεση με το Small FFTs του Prime 95. (58 -60 Prime 95 / 72-74 το Linpack)

This is an extremely stressful program that will

put even the most powerful X86/X64 CPU in the world at its knees. Load temp under Linpack will be up to 22*C higher than the competing software Prime95.

Benefits of using Linpack:

1. More accurate than Prime95 Small FFTs/Blend.

2. Takes less time to tell if your CPU/RAM is unstable than Prime95 (usually something like 8 minutes Linpack vs 40 hours under Prime95).

3. Use the same stress-testing engine that Intel uses to test their products before they are packed and put on shelves for sale.

Benefits of using IntelBurnTest:

1. Simplifies usage of Linpack.

2. Direct output of results to the screen.

3. Simplifies the process of selecting a test size to use.

4. Better appearance.

How to test CPU and RAM stability (summarized):

1. It is best to use a 64-bit OS with the 64-bit mode for the most accurate test result.

2. Use the most available RAM possible (IntelBurnTest can now do this on its own automatically). The more memory it uses, the more accurate.

3. Select the run # (should use at least 5).

4. Start running. Output should look something like this (unless if error detection is on*):
