NEC owners unite: Send NEC a request for PI/PIF error testing

Εδω και αρκετο καιρο το web site cdfreaks.com εχει αρχισει μια προσπαθεια , στελνωντας e-mail στην NEC με σκοπο να πετυχουν PI/PIF error testing στα drives. Aν νομιζετε οτι σανς ενδιαφερει και εσας , δεν εχετε παρα να στειλειτε και εσεις το δικο σας request.

"Most NEC owners would also like to use their NEC drives for testing the writing quality but unfortunately NEC drives do not support this feature. Media quality tests which can be performed with a tool such as Nero CD/DVD Speed, Plextools and KProbe are counting e.g. the number of PI and PIF errors (more information here ) and error reporting is currently supported by manufacturers such as Asus, Lite-On, Plextor, BenQ, Nu-Tech and Philips."
