Αναζήτηση App για κλείδωμα Android tablet (KIOSK ή MDM)

Καλησπέρα και Χρόνια πολλά σε όλους, όλες και όλα.

Θα ήθελα την βοήθεια σας για ένα θεματάκι που έχει προκύψει. Τρέχει ένα project στο γραφείο όπου είναι να πάρουν οι users ένα Android tablet, έχει αγοραστεί Lenovo Idea Tab 11.2” και έχει την έκδοση Android 16
Η χρήση που θα γίνεται αφορά ένα συγκεκριμένο app και θέλουμε να το κλειδώσουμε έτσι ώστε να ο εκάστοτε user να έχει πρόσβαση μόνο στην εφαρμογή που θα χρησιμοποιεί και πουθενά αλλού.
Η ερώτηση μου είναι αν υπάρχει κάποια εφαρμογή που να κλειδώνει το tablet και αν ναι αν την έχετε χρησιμοποιήσει.

Βρήκα κάποια που τα ονομάζουν KIOSK ή Mobile Device Management (MDM), εγκατέστησα ένα της KioWare αλλά δεν μου άρεσε και πολύ μιας και έχει διάφορα θεματάκια με την λειτουργία του με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να γίνει restart για να επανέλθει..  

Εννοείτε ότι προτιμάμε το FREE αλλά θα κοιτούσαμε και κάποια επιλογή επί πληρωμή.

Όποια πρόταση / ιδέα είναι ευπρόσδεκτη.

Θα ήταν καλύτερο να έχουν αγοραστεί έτοιμες συσκευές με Android Enterprise, αλλ' αφού η αγορά έγινε, δεν πειράζει, δες την απάντηση του Gemini...

 

Step 1: Enable App Pinning (Admin/Owner) 

Before adding the user, you must ensure the pinning feature is enabled. 

1. Open Settings.
2. Search for "Pin" or "App Pinning" in the search bar.
3. Select App Pinning (or "Pin App") and toggle it to On.
4. Enable the option "Ask for PIN before unpinning" for maximum security.

Step 2: Add a New User

1. Go to Settings > System > Multiple Users.
2. Enable "Allow multiple users".
3. Tap "Add user".
4. Follow the prompt to set up the new user space. You can choose to skip adding a Google account for this user if they only need to use one specific app.

Step 3: Set Up the Restricted App 

1. Switch to the new user profile (via the Quick Settings panel or Settings > System > Users).
2. Open the specific app you want them to use.
3. Open your Recents/Overview screen (swipe up and hold).
4. Tap the app icon at the top of the app preview and select Pin or Pin this app.

How the Restricted User Accesses the App

Once pinned, the user cannot go home, switch apps, or access settings without entering the administrator PIN.

• To use the app: The user opens the phone and the app will be instantly active.
• To quit the app: The user must swipe up and hold, which will trigger the Android lock screen. Only the main user's PIN/password will allow them to leave the app.
