I’m not sure what you are looking at. Paypal probably reserved from your card a certain amount of funds above and beyond to cover the transaction in case it was changed. You do not actually owe this money though. I believe it was just a reservation. The funds should be back on your card in a matter of days if I am correct. =] I will see if I can help with that by voiding the rest of the authorization which should return any excess funds or holds to your card.
