τελικα εχει περασει τελωνει? και αν ναι ποτε και ποσο θα στοιχισει

μου εστειλαν ενα χαρτι στο σπιτι αλλα δεν εβγαζα ακρη. απλα εγραφε για κατι 248 $

και κατι ακομα που εχω μπλεξει

την αγορα εκανε μεσω Paypal και μου το εχουν χρεωσει 2 φορες! συνολικα 1216 $ = 900 ευρω!

εκανα dispute sto PAypal και μιλησα με τον αγοραστη και μου ειπε τα εξης:

Thanks for writing. I’m not sure what you are looking at. Paypal probably reserved from your card a certain amount of funds above and beyond to cover the transaction in case it was changed. You do not actually owe this money though. I believe it was just a reservation. The funds should be back on your card in a matter of days if I am correct. =] I will see if I can help with that by voiding the rest of the authorization which should return any excess funds or holds to your card. I hope you understand. =]
