Need help with a Hp Compaq 6300 Microtower Motherboard with a Intel I3 3220 LGA 1155 DDR3 8GB

The computer worked for two days but when I tried connecting to the new ssd I bought it screwed up my bios and bluescreened the pc. Found out when the computer restarted the sata ports, pci ports and display ports on the io do not work anymore. Is there a way to hard reset a motherboard which will show no graphics and or do I need to reinstall windows on the HD that came with the computer? I know my motherboard still works and the computer still turns on and reads the HD but after awhile the hp power supply fan over spins and makes a really loud noise. Would I need to buy a new motherboard and is this a sign that its dead? In one slot I have a Diamond Radeon HD 5450 and in another a wifi card. The HD and SSD both have windows 10 on it.
