Προβλημα restart&shutdown

Eχω ενα προγραμμα το handyBackup..

Oταν κλεινω το pc (shutdown) μου βγαζει ενα μηνυμα οτι δεν μπορει να την τερματισει και εχει διπλα επιλογη end now...

Μονο τοτε κλεινει το pc...Κατα τα αλλα δουλευουν ολα οκ...

Εκανα unistall και ξανα ινσταλλ το προγραμμα αλλα δεν αλλαξε κατι...
