Ρε μάγκες να ρωτήσω κάτι

Έστω ότι έχω το αρχείο c:\1.xls

Θέλω ενώ τρέχω μια macro σε ένα άλλο αρχείο να ελέγχει αν το αρχείο 1.xls είναι ανοικτό και αν είναι ανοικτό να το φέρνει στο προσκήνιο (Activate) ενώ αν δεν είναι ανοικτό να το ανοίγει.
