What's the status on the game's framerate and aspect ratio?

Shinji Mikami and the team at Tango designed The Evil Within to be played at 30fps and to utilize an aspect ratio of 2.35:1 for all platforms.

The team has worked the last four years perfecting the game experience with these settings in mind.

For PC players, we’ll provide debug commands on how you can alter the framerate and aspect ratio, but these commands and changes are not recommended or supported and we suggest everyone play the game as it was designed and intended for the best experience.

R_swapinterval <NUMBER>

Sets the FPS lock. Note that the numbers below are negative.

-2: This is the default, set to 30 FPS. This is the officially supported frame rate

-1: This sets the FPS limit to 60. Fully playable, although there may be quirks (we’re going to fix these).

0: This fully unlocks the FPS. We do not recommend playing above 60. We will not fix any issues above 60.

R_forceaspectratio <NUMBER>

Sets the aspect ratio. Default is 2.5, which is our official aspect ratio.

0 is full screen, but not ideal. 1.8 or 2 is probably most comfortable for those who don’t want bars.

Καλο παιχνιδακι ειναι...

Εχει μια ατυχια ομως. Κυκλοφορησε κοντα με το Alien: Isolation

Μετα απο το Alien, το Evil Within μοιαζει σαν το Tomb Raider.

Gore, splatter, "αρρωστημενο" περιβαλλον αλλα στην καμια δε σου βγαζει αυτη την αισθηση τρομου που ισως περιμενεις οτι θα βρεις.

Και αρκετα πιο προβλεψιμο και ευκολο....

Κατα τα αλλα, οπως ξαναειπα, ειναι καλο και διασκεδαστικο και αξιζει να ασχοληθεις μαζι του.

Για αγορα αξιζει (οχι απο steam ετσι; μην τρελαθουμε κιολας... 60 ευρω; ΜΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ)

Δεν μπαινω στη διαδικασια να σχολιασω το τεχνικο κομματι, με το cap στα 30frames και το aspect ratio με τις μαυρες μπαρες πανω κατω...

Εμενα προσωπικα δε με ενοχλησε καθολου και δεν μπηκα στη διαδικασια να ανοιξω κονσολα για να τα αφαιρεσω...
